Abstract
Traditional snacks are foods rooted in a region's cultural heritage. They are often made from recipes passed down through generations and form an integral part of local culinary traditions. They can also reflect a community's cultural and historical values through their association with rituals, celebrations, and social activities. Gusti Putu Erawati owns a traditional Balinese snack business on Jalan Raya Padonan in Tibubeneng Village, North Kuta District. Interviews identified limited production equipment, with some tools already deteriorating. The business also lacked identifying labels on its order boxes, and its market was largely confined to the surrounding neighborhood. This community service activity aims to address those problems and help improve future income. Outcomes include more production equipment, business-related packaging labels, and Facebook and Instagram marketing channels. The evaluation indicates that the activity was carried out successfully.
