Abstract
Micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) play a strategic role in maintaining and supporting economic growth, including providing income, addressing unemployment, and contributing to GDP, exchange rates, and investment. The partner in this community service activity is Amiani, who runs a banana chip microenterprise in Wanayu Hamlet, Angkah Village, Tabanan, approximately 50.1 kilometers from the proposing team. She initially offers only sweet banana chips, priced at IDR 1,000 per small package and IDR 5,000 per large package. The business can produce 300 packages with daily sales of IDR 300,000, adjusting production to incoming orders. Based on the partner's situation and problems, the proposed support includes equipment and techniques to increase production volume, such as a gas oven, a larger cooking pot, and a plastic sealing machine. Product diversification assistance introduces original, chocolate, and cheese flavors. Further activities include attractive packaging label design, packaging training, and education in online marketing through Facebook and Instagram.
